Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CamPrompter ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CamPrompter for your personal or commercial use.

Subscription Types:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at $19/month. Access to all features while subscription is active. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at $150/year. Access to all features while subscription is active. Cancel anytime.
• Perpetual License: One-time payment of $249. Lifetime access to the Software and all future updates.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access to the Software.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Monthly/Yearly subscriptions: You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months or years, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Perpetual licenses: Non-refundable after 14 days from purchase date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your license key or account credentials with others
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software

6. Intellectual Property

CamPrompter and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Dnyantra Tech Private Limited. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software, only the right to use it according to these Terms.

7. Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation. All subscription types and perpetual licenses include access to all future updates.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Software. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
